2:03p The Weezer Snuggie is so ironic it makes my head explode. Ironic because: 1) Weezer thinks it's ironic because only sloppy, awful Americans (aka not the sensitive art kids that should ostensibly comprise Weezer's demographic) love Snuggies. 2) But is actually ironic because Weezer has BECOME the music for this very demographic after massive commercialization. 3) But plenty of sensitive art kids have embraced Snuggies out of irony, making this vicious circle overlap on itself. All I can say to Rivers Cuomo is ... WHY WON'T YOU PLAY ANYTHING OFF PINKERTON ANYMORE & If you haven't seen:
